Happy Little Pickle - BLUE!

Yup, K-Bug (and most of you) were right all along...

We got the definite evidence in the ultrasound today that it is indeed a little boy Smithlet that is shaking and baking in the oven. :)

I will admit that I am still in a state of being shell-shocked, as I know nothing of having and/or raising little boys. My Mom has told me not to worry - it's just like having girls, only totally different. :)

We are very excited, and thankful to report that the ultrasound showed everything looking healthy and the baby looking strong.

Now...to pick out a name....and find some clothes that AREN'T pink!

Blue Blue Blue!!!!! I am very excited for you you you!!!!

I would have been if it were a girl too, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the joys of raising a boy! It is very different than a girl....especially at first with all the circumcision stuff and all, but it is amazing! I am very happy for you guys!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAHOO!!!! I am SO excited for you guys!! Don't worry, I wasn't sure what to expect at first either but in my experience, boys are much more laid back and mellow than girls (at least in my first 8 months of experience so far!). I will keep you in mind as I clean out the boys drawers for clothes - I do not do "the twin thing" so we don't have any matching outfits which means more clothes to pass on!! Congrats!!

Congrats, Stacy!!! How exciting! It is nice to mix it up :-) Boys are easier in that (what I have found), when moods arise, it is usually eithe related to hunger or fatigue ~ give em food or a nap and the mood shifts dramatically...
not so for my girlies....
Bless you all~ so glad he is healthy and well in there! :-)
